The faces
Over the years many people came and went but some played an important role in developing what we have today. Following is a description of the role players and what they do.
Leadership :

Johannes (John) & Connie Botes
Johannes is the do-it-all guy, Jesus loving, Teaching, Fire preaching, praying, Put-up-the-Gazebo, plug-in-the-microphone, start-the-generator guy. He has carried this dream of Firelighters Ministries since 2004 and has successfully completed many projects including Youth camps, Men and Womens Seminars whilst doing a day job as well.
His wife Connie has been supporting him from the word "Go" and has held several Womens seminars whilst also keeping a day job. She is also active in Weekly Womens Ministry called "True Women" See here page here.

Katy Abrahms - Prayer Warrior and Carer
Katy is not only a Prayer Warrior but she cares anough to visit people in hospital to share a word of comfort from the bible with them. She also visits old people and walk from house to house to share God's word with everyone.
She is always first in the day to say "Good morning" through a cellphone message and last to say "Good night".

Francina Hector - Prayer Warrior and Teacher
As we call her Sister Francis will often share a word with the local residents and children to teach them the right way to do life. She has a compassionate heart for people and never cease to pray for who may need it.

Wilma Willemse - Prayer Warrior
Wilma is a bold Prayer Warrior setting her target on the future. She used to be a Catering Professional but has swopped that role to care for the local children by means of cooking food.

Julian & Carin - Sunday school Teachers
Julian & Carin is our Sunday School Heros because of the specific role they play. The future does belong to our kids and an early positive God's word investment in them will bring the leaders we need for tommorrow.
Jesus thought that it was important to love the kids of His time on earth, so we do the same. Matthew 19:13-14 Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Christo & Hildegard Kleingeld
Teacher, Tech and admin support & Hildegard Musician
Christo is the Admin, webdev and taking notes guy, helps with all the technical stuff like computers and sound systems. Lately he has been moving into teaching as well as that is what God has led him to do.
He is married to Hildegard who is part of the women seminars teaching and playing the piano at worship.
